Your choice comes first

SData does not load Google Analytics or send analytics data to Google unless you select Allow analytics. Choosing Reject does not limit access to the website, contact form, public content, checkout, purchased products, or support agent.

Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. You can review or change it at any time.

What analytics may collect

After consent, the approved implementation sends page-view information for selected public pages. This can include the page path without query parameters, page title, a random browser identifier stored in first-party Google Analytics cookies, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information.

SData configures a maximum analytics-cookie lifetime of 180 days. Google Analytics uses an IP address during collection to derive approximate location and says the address is discarded before the data is logged.

What SData does not send

The implementation does not define analytics events for form fields, purchases, licence access, support-agent conversations, or customer records. Query parameters and same-site referrers are removed from the page-view configuration.

Analytics is not offered on checkout and licence-agreement pages, payment result pages, secure Maycee retrieval, Django Admin, webhooks, or support-agent API routes. SData must not send names, email addresses, messages, order or payment details, licence or retrieval information, credentials, or raw chatbot text to Google Analytics.

Advertising and enhanced measurement

The website keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation denied. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website configuration. The SData operational checklist also requires form interactions, site search, outbound clicks, file downloads, video engagement, and other enhanced-measurement events to remain disabled in the GA4 web stream.

Google processing and retention

Google provides the analytics service and may process analytics information outside Australia. Before activation, SData requires the GA4 property to use the shortest available user-level and event-level data-retention period, currently two months, and restricts access to authorised SData administrators.
